What personally identifiable information does Event collect from me?
Some personal information is gathered when you complete a form on the web site. During registration, we ask for name, email and mailing address, job title, company name, type of industry, and business interests.
How does the Event use my information?
Imago Techmedia Ltd and Montgomery Africa collect your information in order to register you for the event, answer questions or to offer other online services including the meeting service, press registration services and interactive communications.
With whom does Imago, Montgomery Africa and the Event share my information with?
For the purposes of registering you for the IP event your details will made available to only one external company. The event registration database is cleaned and managed by this registration company who may only process your details for the purposes of your IP EXPO registration.
Apart from the above exceptions Imago Techmedia and Montgomery Africa will not disclose any information that could allow you to be personally identified, unless you have given us your permission to do so during the completion of any online form.
The IP is managed by Imago Techmedia Limited and Montgomery Africa and any relevant information supplied by you may also be held on the Imago Techmedia/Montgomery Africa in-house database and may be used by us to keep you informed of our range of products and services which are related to your business needs.
We may also make your details available for use by other carefully selected companies in South Africa and other countries for marketing purposes. If you do not wish your details to be passed to other organisations, you can tell us during the form completion process or at any point by emailing us at mailto:seano@montgomeryafrica.com.

3rd Party Email Opt-in
Imago Techmedia and Montgomery Africa run an opt-in policy for email with regards to 3rd party organisations, giving you complete control over how your email address is used. By ticking the box you are accepting that your email address may be forwarded to a 3rd party organisation and that they may contact you by this method.
